How Do I Get Started?
All new clients to Personalized Pilates are asked to take an Initial Consult for $30. This is a one on one session including a discussion of client goals and a needs assessment as well as a workout designed to introduce them to the basic Pilates program. The best way to set this up is to call the studio at (602-750-5799) or email us. When we set up the Initial Consult for you we will ask some basic questions to determine the best instructor for your physical needs, budget and schedule.
When you come in for your Initial Consult, we will have you fill out some paperwork about your health history and discuss your needs and goals. Your Pilates instructor will then start you out with the Pilates exercises that are deemed appropriate for your fitness level and experience with Pilates. It is ideal to start out with private Pilates lessons so as to make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly. This will ensure that you do not injure yourself or miss the details of the exercises which will give you the maximum benefits.
At the end of your Initial Consult, we will discuss future options for your Pilates practice. Different options are appropriate for different people and once we have worked with you we can give you an accurate view of what is best for you. Pilates is best done regularly and, as with all exercise, the more frequently it is done, the more results you will experience.
