How Pilates Helped Me: Pilates education has created in me the skills to help align my own body. The greatest gift I have received through my pilates lifestyle is my own awareness in movement throughout daily life.
 
Why I Enjoy Teaching Pilates: I enjoy teaching Pilates because of the healing qualities it creates in all who desire its benefits. Everybody deserves a beautiful life full of carefree movement and perfect balance, what a blessing it is for me to be part of that process. PILATES IS FUN!!!
 
Favorite Exercise: Semi Circle, I really enjoy the essence of this exercise and how fluid movement makes this exercise flow. I love the way my spine feels as it articulates.
