How Pilates helped me: I walked into Pilates' world after my back surgery, about 4-5 years ago, while working as a tech at a Physical Therapy place. My back doctor told me that I will never be able to run again and running was always a big part of my life. Since then, I started to do Pilates, improved my core strength, posture, flexibility, and mind-body awareness, which is very crucial for my back condition, and I proved him wrong within two years.
Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: It makes me feel good when I see my clients walking out of the studio with a huge smile on their face! Priceless!
