This intensive workshop will review the essentials of musculoskeletal anatomy and kinesiology as you build the major muscles (over 60) used in movement including the Core, Rotator Cuff and other commonly misunderstood areas. Once you have built the body from the inside out, you will never feel intimidated by anatomy again! Appropriate for students of all levels and backgrounds. This workshop has VERY limited availability so please reserve your spot as soon as possible. This workshop fufills the BBU anatomy requirement.
