Oksana was born in city of Vladimir in Russia. This city has produced several World Champions and World Class Athletes in Gymnastics. At the age of five in 1982 she started her Gymnastics career at the School of Sports Gymnastics of Olympic Reserve in the honor of Tolkachev. Tolkachev was a prominent coach who grew and trained the first Vladimir World Champion Nikolay Andrianov.

Oksana competed for the School from 1985 though 1994. By the age of 13 she became a Master of Sports of Gymnastics of Russia. She was a Champion of City for 3 times, Regional Champion for 2 times and she got second place for Championship of Russia. Oksana also got third place during Olympic Hopes Championship in 1992 and has competed for the country of Russia through out Europe.

Oksana got a scholarship at a domestic University where she was studying Physical Culture and Psychology of Professional Athletes for two years. At the end of 1995, she moved to the capital of Russia where she joined Moscow State Circus. In 1996 Oksana started touring through out the world as a Flying Trapeze Gymnast. She toured in a few countries in Europe, Asia and North America. In 1997 she signed a contract with Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus where she was working for 5 years as a Ballet Dancer, Acrobat and Flying Trapeze Gymnast. She was nominated as The Most Talented Performer of the year 1999. She was filmed and featured for the Discovery Channel and Under the Big Top in 2002 for her amazing abilities for the flying trapeze.

In 2003 Oksana decided to change her career and moved to Arizona where she got hired in Desert Devils as a compulsory coach and as a PT Technician in Biltmore-Amurvel Physical Therapy and Aquatic Rehabilitation. She has spent 4 years with the PT clinic training and treating patients, helping them to get educated about their body and its postural alignment. Oksana got introduced to Pilates in 2004, and this year, she has decided to take it to a different level as a part of her future career. She has completed the Concentration 101 course with Katrina and joined the group as a new instructor. Also, Oksana is enrolled into Kinesiology major at ASU and is planning in two years to attend a Physical Therapy Graduate School to become a Doctor Physical Therapist. Oksana is also able to teach Pilates lessons in Russian.
