This course will cover more than 100 exercises as well as modifications and variations to adapt the exercises to any client. Pilates equipment instructors will enjoy classical and innovative ways to use this fun equipment. This workshop includes a manual complete with detailed photos and descriptions.

A minimum of 5 participants is required to hold the workshops. If that is not met the workshop will be rescheduled and deposits will be transferred.
