This workshop explores the Pilates Chair in depth covering all the classical repertoire as well as fun innovations. We will expand the material further by examining variations using the split pedal. We will also discuss program design, how to conduct chair classes, history of the wunda chair and safety on the chair. This workshop includes a manual complete with detailed photos and descriptions.
